Greg Boaldin co-wrote the Lionsgate gay romantic comedy, MY FAKE BOYFRIEND. It debuted at the Castro Theatre for the Frameline Film Festival and is currently streaming on Amazon Prime. He’s developed a series for Whoopi Goldberg and Josephson Entertainment and been instrumental in the development of a number of series, including for NBC, Showtime, FX, and Amazon. He has several series and features currently in development.

His Hollywood journey began on a dare. For his birthday, friends challenged him to sign up for an open mic night at a comedy club. He didn’t realize he’d also entered a contest. He won. That happy accident led to him getting hired as a host, a “stand up” comic, and writer / performer with a sketch comedy troupe.

His diverse background includes running a model and talent agency and teaching sociology courses at a community college. After years of giving a leg up to others, Greg decided it was time to pursue his own aspirations, and made the move from Kansas to L.A.

Now, Greg and producing partner David Cybulski have formed a creative partnership to develop unscripted content with a heart and a sense of humor. Greg’s outsider perspective as a disabled gay man and his Master’s in Sociology gives him a unique insight and a passion for projects that make a positive impact on the world around us.
