Mic is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences and an AMPAS Technical Achievement award winner for his groundbreaking camera car design. Beginning his career as a young stunt man, during the heyday of television stunt shows, he quickly found favor as one of the industry’s youngest Stunt Coordinators and Second Unit Directors. On Lethal Weapon, Mic came to the attention of Director Richard Donner, and it was here that Mel Gibson found his personal stunt double, Stunt Coordinator and Second Unit Director. It was also the beginning of a long working relationship with Donner and Mic’s resume reflects his multi-picture work with many legendary directors.

Rising quickly in the feature film ranks, Mic became the go-to guy for large action pieces, directing the Second Units on such films as The Fast & The Furious and Fast & Furious 4, Point Break, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Wanted, National Treasure, Maverick, Charles Angels: Full Throttle, Apocalypto, Twister, 12 Strong and many more.
